The FKG Group managed the design and construction of a major expansion and refurbishment of the Redbank Plains Shopping Centre. The project included the construction and fit out of a new Coles, renovated and expanded the Woolworths, Target, and KFC and Hungry Jacks drive throughs. Associated with the works was the further construction of 50 retail tenancies including a Pig and Whistle Pub and 1,233 basement and on grade car parks.
External works include the upgrade and widening of Redbank Plains Road to four lanes and the installation of street lighting and intersection signalling.
Careful site and safety management, as well as continuous communication with stakeholders allowed the Centre to continue trading throughout construction with minimal disruption.
