Land500 Phase 1 Remediation

The FKG Group was engaged by the Department of Defence to complete a series of upgrades at various Defence barracks in Queensland and New South Wales.

Works at the barracks included a new maintenance, servicing and storage facility, covered parking bays, three vehicle wash point, administration building, racking system within the armoury, and upgraded existing battery storage facility. The scope also included the provision of new computer equipment and furniture to four classrooms.

As the project was conducted in an operational environment, the FKG Group project team worked to strict timelines to ensure minimal disruptions to the usual activities of the sites.
