The Role

An opportunity exists for a Services Engineer to join our team. You will be based out of Brisbane, working between our various project sites and our newly renovated facility located in Windsor, with access to our fully equipped gym and staff lunches.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives;
• Conducting site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations;
• Reviewing engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents; and
• Providing technical guidance and support during all phases of construction.

Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the below;

• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
• Practical experience in commercial services engineering;
• Advanced understanding of service engineering principles and construction practices;
• High level knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards;
• Proficiency in construction management software;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office suite;
• Highly developed organisational, time management and prioritising skills; and
• Highly developed emotional intelligence.
