The FKG Group was engaged to design and construct a purpose-built industrial complex at Tennyson in Brisbane. The project involved the construction of a 5,040m² factory featuring full amenities, mezzanine level allocated for storage and various manufacturing and service machines. Natural ventilation throughout was provided using high level louvers. Adjacent to the factory, the FKG Group constructed a 2,000m², two-storey administration building comprised of a reception area, meeting rooms, specialised working areas, amenities, kitchen and expansive offices. The overall project utilises a massive span of 7000 square metres of concrete hardstand.
