ESCO Warehouse

The FKG Group was engaged by Roderico Pty Ltd to construct a 2,000m² warehouse facility, as well as a two-storey office. The contract was also inclusive of a concrete hardstand and driveway, and a 34 vehicle car park.

The project was awarded at the end of 2016, with works expected to commence early in the 2017 New Year. However, the project team’s efficient procurement of suppliers and subcontractors allowed for work to commence on site before the two week Christmas shutdown, ensuring no delays to the program schedule.

During the project, the installation of tilt panels were required adjacent to an existing factory. To avoid any potential safety risks, the project team arranged for the tilt panels to be erected outside of standard hours as to eliminate any persons being within the fall zone.
